Parties AT LITTLE OWL FARM PARK
Enjoy our new party packages at Little Owl Farm Park, where you can enjoy EXCLUSIVE use of our large soft play area (located in our Physical Education barn) out of our opening hours. Party visitors can enjoy over an hour of soft play fun, followed by time enjoy some well deserved party food & cake. Here’s what’s included:
- Exclusive use of our three storey soft play area
- Upto 1 hour 15 minutes of soft play fun
- 45 minutes allocated for food and cakes at the end of the session
- Visitors are welcome to bring their own food, or a cold food option is available at an additional charge per child.
- A trained staff member to oversee the party who will also be offering hot drinks, snacks and confectionery, available to purchase on the day.
- A maximum of 25 children and a maximum of 50 people in total can attend the party.
- Complimentary squash for all children. Cups provided.
Additional extras
- Additional activity – Animal Encounter in the Petting Barn. Enjoy a 15 minute session where the birthday child and their party guests can enjoy meeting some of smaller residents during their party. This could include animals such as; rabbits, guinea pigs or even a bearded dragon. Additional charge of £50 applies.
- Party Food Box – What’s included; choice of ham, jam or cheese sandwich, packet of crisps, fruit bag, Maryland mini cookies & yoghurt. Also includes simply fruity drink. £5 per child.
Our sessions run from either 4:30pm – 6:30pm or 5:00pm – 7:00pm and are available to book on Thursdays & Fridays.
Cost of £250.00. Deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the party balance is due at least 24 hours before the start of the birthday party.
PLEASE NOTE OUR PARTY ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION BARN. THIS WILL MEAN ALL PARTY GUESTS WILL HAVE TO ACCESS THE PARTY ROOM VIA A FLIGHT OF STAIRS.

How do I book a party with Little Owl Farm Park?
All party bookings must be made through our website. After you have read through all of the information on our party packages, you can book your party with a £50 deposit by selecting the ‘Book Your Party Here’ tab. If you cannot select your required date, unfortunately, the date is no longer available.
How much will it cost?
When booking your party date, all that is required to secure your booking is to pay for the deposit which is £50.00. The total cost for exclusive use is £250.00, so a remaining payment of £200.00 will need to paid no later than 24 hours before the party.
What do we do about food?
Party hosts are welcome to bring their own food to serve to their guests. There is also a cold food option available at an additional charge per child.Â
We will also have a trained staff member to serve hot drinks & snacks for a proportion of your party session. This is payable on the day of the party.
How long do we get the Party Room Hire for?
Due to our varying opening times throughout the year, your party will either be from 4:30pm – 6:30pm or 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
Is there a limit on how many people we can bring to the party?
Due to the size of our party rooms, our party packages are restricted to a maximum of 25 children and a maximum of 50 people in total. Babes in arms do not count towards final numbers.
Our gift to the birthday child...
One free return pass will be provided for the birthday child. The return pass is limited to one pass per party booking.
Party Room Hire Terms & Conditions
Please note that the room hire deposit of £50 is non refundable. The party room is only accessible to your party guests during the two hour timeslot you have booked for. Upto 2 adults and the birthday child may enter the room upto 15 minutes before your reserved time to set up. The party room must also be cleaned and the party room vacated at the end of your two hour booking. PLEASE NOTE OUR PARTY ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR, SO ALL PARTY USERS WILL NEED TO ACCESS THE PARTY ROOM VIA A FLIGHT OF STAIRS.There is no minimum number of children/adults who can attend this soft play party package. However, due to room size, there is a maximum of 25 children and a maximum of 50 people in total who can attend the party.One free return ticket will be provided for the birthday child. If there is more than one party child, only one free return voucher will be provided. Our party room hire does not include; food, drinks, table decorations, plates or cutlery. Party organisers are responsible for supplying their own food & tableware. There is an option to purchase a party food box at £5 per child. This must be pre-ordered at the time of booking and we must also be notified at this time of any dietary requirements of your guests. Babes in arms are not accounted for in final numbers. If choosing the optional Animal Encounter activity, your time in the soft play area will be reduced to a maximum of 1 hour in the soft play area, allowing up to 15 minutes for the animal encounter and 45 minutes at the end of the session for food etc. Party bags are not supplied by Little Owl Farm Park, however party organisers are welcome to bring their own with them. Our team member will allow the first 15 minutes to check in your party guests from our Reception area. After this point, the remaining doors will be locked and party guests will need to make their own way to the PE Barn. The team member will then operate our small catering counter in the PE Barn, for half an hour to an hour whilst your guests enjoy the soft play. All guests remain the responsibility of the party organiser. A member of staff will be present for first aid and fire incident purposes. Party organisers are welcome to bring their own cold food, birthday cake and refreshments. Please ensure all rubbish is cleared up by yourselves before the end of your timeslot. Please let our team member know if you require bin bags. You may move tables/chairs and put up decorations (excluding on walls), but please move these back/take them down at the end of the session. No access is permitted to any other areas of the farm park during the course of your party. Toilets are available for you to use in the PE Barn. The rules of play as stated at the front of the soft play equipment must always be adhered to. No food or drink is to be consumed in the soft play areas. Annual passes cannot be used in conjunction with our party packages. Little Owl Farm Park will not be held responsible for any food that is brought into the park that is not provided by us. Charges may apply for breakages caused by misuse of equipment. Charges may apply when excessive cleaning is required. Party bookings are not confirmed util you receive our confirmation email.
